About Karen Nixon
Karen Nixon is a multi-dimensional leader: entrepreneur, philanthropist, international preacher/inspirational speaker, a Certified Etiquette Consultant and founder of KNM.Global, a platform dedicated to empowerment and transformation. Gifted as a Prophetic Seer / and called by God to correct, instruct, and rebuild, Karen has spent over a decade proclaiming the Good News through the transforming Word of God. As a licensed and ordained minister, her dynamic voice has touched lives across the globe, inspiring hearts to embrace faith, growth, and purpose.
Her vision has blossomed into a constellation of initiatives that reflect her diverse expertise and heartfelt devotion to transformation. She is the founder of:
- PAUSE Empowerment Network – pioneering holistic growth across six pillars: faith, family, finance, future, fellowship, and fitness.
- Polished to Shine School of Etiquette – equipping children and adults with essential etiquette and communication skills, drawing from her certification and five years of experience.
- Pearls and Roses Mentorship for School Girls (Ages 7–18) – a transformative program that nurtures self-esteem, teaches essential life skills, and empowers young girls through training in etiquette, personal development, and financial literacy. Karen equips each participant to walk confidently in her divine identity and purpose.
In addition to her ministry and mentorship work, Karen is a seasoned entrepreneur. She manages:
- Junior’s Party Rental – providing quality event rentals.
- Polished Treasures Chest – offering accessories for women and men.
- MK After-school Pickup Services – supporting families with reliable transportation.
- Seasonal farm offerings – including fresh mangolas from her family’s farm.
- Perfectly Published Designs – a creative studio where she designs flyers, business cards, banners, and branded materials that reflect clarity and purpose.
Karen serves as Elder at Life Center Ministry, and alongside her husband, Bishop Aaron Nixon, co-hosts the Couples in Ministry Network, headquartered in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Together with their older siblings Bishop HD and Lady Bishop Beverly Haywood, they support couples who lead in ministry with wisdom and grace.
She also holds the role of Assistant Chairlady within the International Women’s Ministry (IWM) of the United Fellowship Christian Churches and Ministries (UFCCM), headquartered in North Carolina, where she co-leads initiatives that uplift women across generations.
Her professional background includes work as an accounts payable clerk and office administrator, sharpening her administrative excellence while continuing to make strides in her spiritual mission.
At KNM.Global, Karen focuses on personal growth strategies that empower individuals to take charge of their lives. Through tailored coaching sessions, she helps clients identify their strengths, overcome challenges, and walk boldly in purpose.
Karen wholeheartedly believes that God is full of grace and that no fall is final when placed in His hands. She anchors her journey in the promise: “I will never leave thee nor forsake thee.” Her life and ministry reflect the redemptive power of faith, reminding others that restoration is always possible and divine favor follows those who rise again.
Above all, Karen is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who finds deep joy in her family and her calling to empower others. She believes every individual has the potential to grow, succeed, and create positive change in their own unique way.
