About Karen Nixon

Karen Nixon is a multi-dimensional leader: an entrepreneur, philanthropist, international inspirational speaker, and co-founder of KNM.Global, a multifaceted platform dedicated to empowering individuals and fostering transformation. Gifted as a Seer and called by God to correct, instruct, and rebuild, Karen has devoted over a decade to proclaiming the Good News through the transforming Word of God. Her powerful and dynamic voice has touched lives across the globe, influencing hearts and minds to embrace faith and personal growth. A licensed and ordained minister of the gospel, she is unwaveringly passionate about uplifting lives and creating meaningful impact.

Karen’s vision and purpose have blossomed into initiatives that reflect her diverse expertise and heartfelt devotion to transformation. She is the visionary behind Pause Empowerment, Polished to Shine School of Etiquette, and Pearls and Roses Mentorship for Girls. Through Pause Empowerment, Karen pioneers opportunities for individuals to grow and thrive holistically—addressing areas of faith, family, finance, future, fellowship, and fitness—all while experiencing freedom and fun. At Polished to Shine School of Etiquette, Karen utilizes her 5 years of expertise as a certified etiquette consultant to equip children and adults with essential etiquette and communication skills, fostering confidence and professionalism. Meanwhile, her Pearls and Roses Mentorship Program nurtures girls aged 7–17 by instilling self-esteem, providing life skills, and inspiring them to succeed and she also manages Junior's Party Rental a business she has established.

Karen’s commitment to faith-driven service extends to her role as an Elder at Life Center Ministry. Alongside her husband, Bishop Aaron Nixon, Karen has dedicated herself to serving and supporting their community through initiatives that champion hope and transformation. She has honed her professional skills as an accounts payable clerk and office administrator while continuing to make strides in her spiritual mission. Furthermore, Karen serves as one of the Assistant Chairlady of the International Women’s Ministry (IWM) within the United Fellowship Christian Churches and Ministries (UFCCM), where she co-lead impactful initiatives with grace and expertise.

Above all, Karen is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who finds joy in her family and her calling to empower others. She believes wholeheartedly that every individual has the potential to grow, succeed, and create positive change in their own unique way.
